This past week has been mental health awareness week. Mental health problems can affect anyone, at any time. With the UK having been on a long period of lockdown, the number of people developing psychological problems is increasing amid growing stresses over isolation, job insecurity, relationship breakdown and bereavement.

Mental health is often a topic in society which is only considered a relevant topic for individuals with a diagnosis of mental health difficulty. Here at mali studios, we want to strive for mental health to be a topic that concerns every single individual. Particularly during the difficult circumstances, we want people to remember that we never quite know what people are going through, often people are facing battles we know nothing about - be kind, always.
