Shipping Methods

Standard UK Delivery (1-5 Working Days) - Customer orders will be dispatched within 1-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

International Delivery (3 - 10 Working Days) - Customer orders will be dispatched within 1 - 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that a handling fee will be charged in case you refuse to pay customs charges at the border. This fee will be equivalent to the postage cost and may be higher if goods are destroyed at the borders.

In case of undelivered orders due to incorrect customer details, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs of re-delivery.

For international orders, customs inspections might occur, and while we ensure correct paperwork, the duration of these inspections is beyond our control.

Pre-Order Shipments

For items marked as PRE-ORDER, they will be shipped according to the specified time frame mentioned on the product page. However, please note that external factors beyond our control could potentially impact the originally stated time frame.

Parcel Tracking

Upon initiating the packing process, Mali Studios will send a shipment confirmation email containing delivery details and a tracking link. Please be patient as tracking information might take some time to be updated. You can also monitor your order's progress by logging into 'My Account' under the 'Orders' section.

Undelivered Items

Mali Studios cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once they have left our facilities. If an item goes missing or is stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the respective shipping courier (e.g., UPS, Hermes, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail). We will provide you with all relevant information, including the courier's address, tracking details, and delivery date, to assist in your claim investigation. Compensation for lost or stolen packages will be provided by the shipping courier.

We highly recommend keeping track of your order's progress through the provided tracking link and reaching out to the respective courier in case of any issues with delivery.
