Refund and Exchange Policy

Mali Studios offers the option of a full refund and/or exchange (excluding shipping costs) for products returned within 14 days following the shipping confirmation date for UK orders.

For international orders, the return window for a full refund (excluding shipping) is 14 days after the shipping confirmation, while exchanges or credit notes can be processed within 28 days.

To initiate a return, kindly send an email to info@malistudios.com, providing the reason for the return. This will enable our customer service team to assist you throughout the process.

Please be mindful that products returned to the Mali Studios warehouse must be in their original condition to avoid cancellation or fees deducted from the return.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Mali Studios. Customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses for any item purchased from Mali Studios. For your security, we recommend using recorded delivery for all returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost during transit.

Expect a response from our customer service team within 24-72 working hours. When initiating a return, kindly consider this timeframe.

International Returns

For international returns, it is important to clearly label the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to prevent customs charges. Please note that any incurred customs charges for returns are the customer's responsibility and may result in cancellation or fees deducted from the return.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale,are eligible for store credit only, within a 14-day window following the shipping confirmation.
